¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.Meera Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record.

¶2The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking writ of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report in F.I.R. No.127 of 2022 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 I.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali, District-Barabanki dated 07.02.2022.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.3888 of 2023 filed by the co-accused, namely-Haree Sankar Mishra has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 29.05.2023.

¶4Considering the aforesaid, we do not find any ground to distinguish the case of the present petitioner from the case of the co-accused, whose petition has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 29.05.2023.
