¶1The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 1 to 3 to farmyard fence to the agricultural land of the petitioner bearing Gata no. 350 area 1.1960 recorded in revenue recorded in Tehsil-Sandila, District-Hardoi, as contained in Annexure no.-1 respectively to this writ petition.

¶2There is a statutory remedy available to the petitioner under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The petitioner is permitted to approach the concerned authority with proper application on which the concerned authority shall pass appropriate order.
