¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.

¶2The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties particularly opposite party No.1 to 3 to restrain the opposite party No.4 to 6 from creating interference in peaceful possession over his own land i.e. Gata No.264Kha area 0.1220 hectare situated at Village-Gaddopur, Pargana-Haveli Awadh, District-Ayodhya.

¶3The dispute in the present case is a private dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.4 to 6. The petitioner has remedy of approaching the Civil Court or learned Sub Division Magistrate for appropriate remedy.

¶4Considering the aforesaid fact, he cannot be granted any relief as prayed by him in the present petition inasmuch as the dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.4 to 6 is a private dispute.
