¶1Heard.

¶2By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 2 and 3 to restrain the opposite party no. 4 and 5 not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner in respect of Gata No.469 Ka measuring 0.405 Hectare situated at Makhdoompur Kaithi, Tahsil Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow.

(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no.2 and 3 to take action against the opposite party no. 4 and 5 and also decide the application of the petitioner dated 08.06.2023 in speaking and reasoned order as contained in Annexure no. 4 to this writ petition.

(c) Issue any other writ......................................

(d) Award the cost............................................"

¶3The dispute, between the petitioner and respondent nos. 4 and 5, is a land dispute. There is no ground to issue a writ of Mandamus or grant any other relief in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, the petitioner may undertake appropriate proceeding(s) for the reliefs sought herein.
