¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the accused-petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State.

¶2Present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR No.0227 of 2023 under Sections 306, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kotwali District Unnao.

¶3Husband of the petitioner after coming back from the house of his in-laws committed suicide suspecting her wife's illicit relations with respondent No.3. Petitioner No.1 is the sister of the father of the wife of the deceased.

¶4We see no reason to interfere with the ongoing proceedings so far as petitioner No.2 and 3 are concerned. Considering the relation of petitioner No.1 with petitioner No.2, we direct that till the credible evidence against petitioner No.1 is found, she shall not be arrested subject to her full cooperation in the investigation.
