¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Amit Kumar Dwivedi who appeared on behalf of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd.

¶2The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the opposite party nos. 1 & 2 to consider the application dated 7/10.08.2021, submitted by the petitioner for grant of electricity connection to the petitioner in the House No. 17/596, situated at Indira Nagar, Lucknow, Ward Babu Jagjeewan Ram, P.S. Indiara Nagar, District Lucknow.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would like to withdraw this writ petition with the liberty to file afresh.
