After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue other remedies as the detenue has already been released in pursuance to order of Child Welfare Committee dated 01.06.2023 and the subsequent order of the Magistrate dated 05.06.2023 which is impugned herein.
