This petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party no. 3 to register the First Information Report against the opposite party no. 4 on the basis of application dated 17.06.2023 annexed as Annexure No. 1.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party no. 2 and 3 to take proper action against the opposite party no. 4 on the basis of application dated 17.06.2023, annexed as Annexure No. 1." The petitioner is aggrieved by non-lodging of First Information Report. The petitioner may avail the remedy under Section 156

(3) Cr.P.C. If the petitioner wants action against the alleged erring officials, he may approach the higher authorities who may look into the matter and do the needful as per decision of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. State of U.P. & Others; (2014) 2 SCC 1. With these observations / directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
