¶1Shri Abhinav Singh, Advocate has put in appearance and filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite party no.2, which is taken on record.

¶2Learned counsel for the for the opposite parties says that the elections have already taken place, therefore, relief nos. 1 and 2 prayed in this writ petition have become infructuous and the petitioners, if aggrieved, may file an election petition challenging the elections.

¶3The petitioners' counsel fairly admits to the aforesaid factual position.
