¶1The petitioner claims release of payment for certain work done. The petitioner claims to be a Self Help Group.

¶2Perusal of Annexure-5, it appears that the amount claimed by the petitioner was being disputed. The petitioner claims to have submitted a response vide Annexure-6. The matter pertains to Financial Year 2022-23 which is said to be pending before the opposite party no.6.

¶3Let the opposite party no.6 look into the matter, get the facts verified and take a considered decision as to the entitlement of the petitioner to the dues as claimed, if any. It shall be done within two months. The petitioner is still aggrieved, he shall avail other remedy as may be prescribed in the agreement, if any, entered between the parties or in law.
