The present application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant seeking bail in anticipation of arrest of the accused-applicant in FIR No.303/2023, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, Police Station - Laherpur, District-Sitapur. Shri Ashok Srivastava, learned A.G.A. submits that during the course of investigation the offences under section 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act has also been found to have been prima facie committed by the accused-applicant. Considerig the aforesaid fact this Court finds no ground to enlarge the applicant on anticipatory bail. With the aforesaid, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
