Present petition under Section - 483 CrPC has been filed with the following prayer :- " (i) to issue the direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate I Gonda to decide the Interim Relief Application in Application Case No.5238/2023 [Sudhakar Pandey vs. Babita Man and Others] under Section 340 CrPC read with Section 195 IPC expeditiously within stipulated period which is contained as Annexure No.2 to this petition.

(ii) Stay the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.1354/2023 [State vs. Sudhakar Pandey vs. Babita Man and Others] under Section 340 CrPC read with Section 195 IPC which is pending before the learned trial court, which is contained as Annexure No.7." Considering the prayer, present application under Section - 483 CrPC is disposed of with the direction to the Magistrate concerned to decide the application of the petitioner pending before him expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
