¶1Heard Mr. Sheshnath Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Ms. Deepshikha, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, for the respondents-State Authorities.

¶2This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed, seeking quashing of the order dated 27.05.2023, Ammexure No. 1 to the petition, whereby the petitioner, who is a constable (bigular) in P.A.C., has been transferred on recommendation of P.A.C. Establishment Board constituted for the said purpose from the present place of posting at Varanasi to Sonbhadra.

¶3The petitioner has remained posted at one place for around 10 years. This Court finds no ground to interfere in the impugned transfer order. The petitioner cannot seek his posting at one place for all times during his service period as he holds a transferable post.
