¶4From possession of the accused-applicant mobile of the deceased and Bolero vehicle were recovered. The accused were travelling in the said vehicle of the deceased and the police to trace out their location, put phone number of the deceased in surveillance.

¶5Considering heinousness of the offence in which an innocent person was killed in a gruesome manner alleged by the accused-applicant and co-accused, vehicle and other belongings of the deceased were stolen, and the accused were allegedly arrested with vehicle and belongings of the deceased in police encounter, this Court does not find it a case for bail.
