¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State.

¶2After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would like to withdraw this petition and raise his grievance before the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Lucknow.

¶3In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance against his transfer before respondent No.2, who should redress his grievance in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from today.
