¶1Heard Sri G.C. Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sandeep Chandra, learned Standing Counsel.

¶2These two writ petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India have been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 31.5.2019 passed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Basic Education, U.P., Lucknow with further prayer for a Writ of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to interfere in the functioning of the petitioners as Deputy Director of Education (Secondary), Azamgarh and Zila Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Ballia in pursuance to the impugned order. ..

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these writ petitions have been rendered infructuous as the petitioners have been exonerated in the disciplinary proceedings.
