¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shiv Pujan Maurya, learned Standing Counsel.

¶2The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking a Writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to release the family pension of petitioner along with interest @12% per annum from the date of entitlement till the date of actual payment.

¶3Admittedly, the petitioner has been paid the arrears of family pension.
