¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri Anirudh Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State and Sri Utsav Mishra, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2.

¶2Present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the advertisement No.3

(Exam)/2023 dated 17.06.2023 notified by opposite party No.2.

¶3Admittedly, the petitioner has not even cleared the test. He is not eligible to apply for the post in the impugned advertisement. When the petitioner himself is not qualified to make application for the post which has been advertised, no direction can be issued, therefore, writ petition being without merit and substance is hereby dismissed.
