Learned counsel for the parties fairly submit, that in an identical matter arising out of the impugned order, a special appeal has already been dismissed by means of the order dated 23.05.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Special Appeal No.264 of 2021 - Pankaj Singh and others v. State of U.P. and others along with six other connected matters. In view of the aforesaid, the present special appeal is also dismissed in terms of the order dated 23.05.2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court.
