Sri Arvind Kumar Jauhari, learned counsel for the petitioner has identified the petitioner on the basis of available documents as Mohit Yadav father of the corpus Km. Kritika Yadav. The respondent nos. 3 to 5 namely Ram Autar Yadav (maternal father) Smt. Radhika Yadav (maternal mother) and Avadhesh Kumar Yadav (maternal uncle) of the minor child respectively have been identified by Sri Syed Mohd. Mohsin Zaidi, learned counsel on the basis of documents available. After some arguments the parties have arrived at a settlement in the interest of the minor child Km. Kritika Yadav. Both parties agree that Mohit Yadav is father of the corpus Km. Kritika Yadav, and is entitled to her custody. The respondents no. 3 to 5 maternal father, maternal mother and maternal uncle have arrived at an agreement. The respondents no. 3 to 5 have willingly made over the custody of the corpus Km. Kritika Yadav to her father Mohit Yadav in court. The visiting rights of the maternal father, maternal mother and maternal uncle are part of the agreement which has been drawn up between the parties with the assistance of respective counsels of both parties. Both the parties undertake before the court to make all endeavours for harmonious relations between them and create a family environment which is conducive to a well sounded growth of the minor child Km. Kritika Yadav. The family agreement between the parties is being kept in the record and shall treated as part of the record. The handing of the custody of minor child Km. Kritika Yadav by respondents no. 3 to 5 to her father Mohit Yadav has been done in presence of learned counsel for the parties. The Court would like to appreciate the efforts of the counsels Sri Arvind Kumar Jauhari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Syed Mohd. Mohsin Zaidi, learned counsel who used their good offices in the highest traditions of the profession to assist the parties to resolve their disputes in an amicable manner and in the best interest of the minor child Km.
