¶1Heard Shri Raj Karan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Kumar Sambhav, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Grievance of the petitioner is that illegal mining is being carried out by respondent Nos.5 and 6.

¶3Undisputedly, till date, the petitioner has not approached the Collector by filing appropriate application and documents. In absence of that we direct the petitioner to file fresh complaint/application before the Collector and in turn, the Collector shall look into the matter and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
