¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.M. Singh Royekwar, learned counsel for the respondents.

¶2As regards this P.I.L. is concerned, this was filed in the year 2012 and as a consequence of certain orders passed therein or may be even otherwise, proceedings were initiated against the M.L.A. who has filed WRIT - C No. - 6743 of 2023 which is connected with this petition and which we have decided today itself. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this P.I.L. and the same is disposed of.
