¶1The present petition in public interest seeks a direction to the respondents to construct chak road over Gata No.813, Gaon Sabha Mawai, Block Mawai, Tehsil Rudauli, District Ayodhya.

¶2The case of the petitioner is that Plot No.813 aforesaid is recorded as chak road in the revenue records. It was also demarcated by the Lekhpal in compliance of order of respondent no.3 dated 1.06.2022. The petitioner and other villagers have made repeated requests to the respondents to construct chak road over it, but it has not been done so far.

¶3Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondents very fairly states that the grievance of the petitioner and other villagers in this regard can be examined by respondent no.3.

¶4Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no.3 with a fresh representation and true attested copy of the instant order and in which event, he will consider and dispose of the representation and take remedial measures as are deemed proper in the facts and circumstances of the instant case.
