Counsel for Petitioner :- Dilip Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Pritinker Diwaker,Chief Justice Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Heard Shri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional C.S.C. for the State. This petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "[I] Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash impugned allotment of Indra Awas Scheme 2013-14 of Village - Pakhanpur, Post-Bala, Tehsil - Maharajgunj, Raebareli who had not come under guideline. [II] Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to inquire allotment of Indra Awas Scheme 2013-14 of Village - Pakhanpur, Post-Bala, Tehsil - Maharajgunj, Raebareli by any district level officer. [III] Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to recover the fund released to person not found valid under scheme." Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that consequent to filing of this petition, certain action has been taken in the form of initiation of proceedings against the concerned officials and also recovery proceedings against the allottees. However, his grievance is that further action has not been taken. Whatever the grievance remains in the matter, the petitioner may approach the Chief Development Officer, Raebareli raising the same within 15 days whereupon he may consider and take such action as he may deem proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. The Public Interest Litigation is accordingly disposed of. However, it is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
