¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Manish Jauhari, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order dated 16.03.2022 passed by respondent no.2 and demand notice dated 06.10.2022 passed by respondent no.3.

¶3Sri Manish Jauhari, learned counsel for respondent no.3 raises a preliminary objection that petitioner has already approached the Lok Adalat against the aforesaid orders.

¶4Since, petitioner has already availed the alternative remedy by approaching Lok Adalat, this Court is not inclined to entertain present writ petition.

¶5The writ petition is dismissed.
