¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel, Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for respondent Lucknow Development Authority, learned Standing Counsel for State and Shri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel representing the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

¶2It appears that the amount as ordered to be paid to the petitioner by means of the order dated 20.11.2020 passed by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority has not been recovered. For recovery, recovery certificate for realizing the amount has been issued to the Collector/District Magistrate, Lucknow. However, submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the said recovery certificate is not being executed.

¶3Having regard to the aforementioned facts, this petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the District Magistrate/Collector concerned to ensure that the recovery certificate dated 02.06.2023 is executed with expedition, say within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
