¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Admittedly, the dispute is between petitioner and private respondents no.6 to 8 with regard to a piece of land to which petitioner claims ownership. The same is dispute between private parties, hence, this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India can not entertain present writ petition.
