¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for providing benefit of second and third A.C.P. as per order dated 06.07.2017 and 18.01.2018 pursuant to cadre reorganization dated 12.02.2015.

¶3Since consideration of grievance of petitioner would entail factual aspects, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned, which may be directed to be disposed of.

¶5Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Cane Commissioner U.P., Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same in view of orders indicated herein above, within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation.
