¶1Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that he is given a show cause notice dated 04.09.2023 to remove the house/shop or to submit their reply with regard to validity of his construction. He has already submitted his reply before respondent no.5 Executive OfÏcer, Nagar Panchayat Subeha, Tehsil Haidergarh, District Barabanki which is not being considered and decided as yet.

¶2Sri Ram Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and 5 on instructions states that no action will be taken unless the objections of petitioner are considered and decided.

¶3The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
