¶1The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 12.10.2012 as well as the order dated 31.07.2010, whereby the injunction application filed by the petitioner was dismissed and the appeal against the same was also dismissed.

¶2When the petitioner approached this Court, an order was passed on 31.10.2013 whereby some interim protection was granted to the petitioner.

¶3Considering the fact that the matter is very old, the present petition is disposed off with direction to the court below to decide Civil Suit No.261 of 2010, in accordance with law, with all expedition.

¶4The interim order passed by this Court on 31.10.2013 shall apply till the suit is decided.
