¶1After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to file a complaint before the Additional Commissioner, Devi Patan Mandal, Gonda with regard to misconduct of Peshkaar and other clerks/staff of the said court in the case of petitioner.

¶2With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. However, in case such a complaint is made by petitioner afresh within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order, the Additional Commissioner concerned shall get an enquiry conducted in the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order along with complaint is placed before him.
