¶1Today, an illness slip has been sent by the Counsel for the petitioner. However, the matter is old one, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter.

¶2By means of the present petition, the petitioner has challenged an interlocutory order passed in a civil suit, whereby, the application filed by the petitioner under Order XIII Rule 1 of C.P.C. was dismissed.
