Heard. In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private-respondents is hereby dispensed with. The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(A) Issue an appropriate order or direction commanding to the Additional Commissioner, Judicial, Ayodhya, Division-Ayodhya to decide the Revision No. 01554/2019, [Computer Case No.C201904000001554] Ram Chain Nishad vs. State of U.P. and others under section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending since 23.09.2019, within stipulated time fix by this Hon'ble Court during the pendency of the present petition, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." Considering the facts of the case that petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 60 years and he has preferred the Revision No. 01554/2019, Computer Case No.C201904000001554 (Ram Chain Nishad vs. State of U.P. and others) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (in short 'Code of 2006), challenging the order dated 14.08.2019, by which the allotment of fishieries pond to the petitioner was cancelled and on account of pendency of revision, the petitioner is suffering great hardship as he is unable to carry out the fishing from the pond in issue, this Court is of the view that justice would suffice, if a direction is issued to opposite party no.1/Board of Revenue, Lucknow, to decide the pending revision in issue, at the earliest. Accordingly the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.1/Additional Commissioner, Judicial, Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya, to consider and decide the Revision No. 01554/2019, Computer Case No.C201904000001554 (Ram Chain Nishad vs. State of U.P. and others) most expeditiously, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, preferably within a period of six months from the next date fixed before it, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the parties on merits and the authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
