¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court praying that he is an auction purchaser of the property in dispute, which was purchased from respondent-Bank for a sum of Rs.14,56,000/-, which was confirmed by confirmation letter dated 17.10.2019, but till date, despite entire amount deposited by petitioner, neither possession has been given nor the amount is being refunded.

¶3Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank seeks two months time to ensure that either possession would be given or entire amount would be refunded to the petitioner.

¶4The statement of learned counsel for the respondent-Bank is taken on record.
