On being asked as to whether in support of plea that the revision, in issue, is pending till date any document has been annexed with this petition or not, learned counsel for the petitioner says that present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to file fresh petition. To the aforesaid prayer, learned counsel for the State has no objection. In view of aforesaid, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
