¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for respondent No.5-Gaon Sabha, Shri Anil Kumar Singh Visen, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 6.

¶2Learned counsel for the respondents have pointed out that the grievance raised in the present P.I.L. can be well settled if appropriate proceedings under Section 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are taken by the present petitioner before the appropriate Forum.

¶3Leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy under law.

¶4The present P.I.L. is disposed of.
