Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned History Sheet no.132A Police Station Atrauli, District-Hardoi and History Sheet No.181A, Police Station-Sandeela, District-Hardoi, opened against the petitioner." It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that all the criminal cases that have been mentioned in the History Sheet related to the year 2007. The petitioner has made a representation to the Superintendent of Police Hardoi, a copy of which has been filed as annexure-4 to the petition, but no heed has been paid. Hence this petition. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Hardoi, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
