¶1The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the respondent no.3 was running a fair price shop and on the basis of his tendering resignation, an order came to be passed cancelling his fair price shop license. The said order was challenged by the respondent no.3 by preferred an appeal, which came to be allowed vide order dated 17.07.2013, which has been challenged by the petitioner solely on the ground that during the period when the cancellation order was passed and the appeal was allowed, the petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer. The appointment order is not on record. Even otherwise, the petitioner is not running the shop since 2013. On the basis of both the said fact, I do not deem it appropriate to entertain the writ petition.
