¶1Sri Meva Lal Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner has pressed the application for withdrawal. He submits that during pendency of present writ petition the fair price shop has been allotted to some other individual and hence he does not want to press the present writ petition and same may be dismissed accordingly.
