¶1Mr. Santosh Kumar Yadav 'Warsi', learned counsel for sole opposite party - contemnor, has filed affidavit of compliance, the same is taken on record. He has submitted that the order of the writ-Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

¶2Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid fact.
