¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

¶2This petition has been filed by petitioner for the following main prayer:- "(a) a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.1 to consider and take appropriate decision by passing a reasoned and speaking order on the claim form dated 09.03.2021 of the petitioner Contained as Annexure No.1 under the 'Krashak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna" accordingly the government order dated 28.02.2020 within a stipulated time period, treating it within time, in the interest of justice."

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that mother of petitioner died due to road accident on 15.03.2020. Petitioner is entitled for the benefit of government order issued for granting the benefit under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna Scheme. Learned counsel for petitioner states that petitioner has applied before the authorities but till date no decision has been taken.

¶4After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that District Magistrate who is head of the District Level Committee may be directed to decide the representation of petitioner dated

09.03.2021.

¶5Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made.

¶6On request of learned counsel for petitioner present writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.1 District Magistrate, District-Unnao to take a decision on the application of petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon him.
