¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that private respondents are violating the status-quo order granted on 31.05.2022 by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Faizabad in Regular Suit No.412 of 2022; 'Mohd. Rashid Vs. Abdul Qayum and Others'.

¶3In the given circumstances, petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an application under order 39 Rule 2A of CPC before the Court concerned. In case such an application is filed by petitioner, the Court concerned shall consider and decide the same expeditiously without any further delay, and if required, the court shall proceed with the same on day to day basis, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

¶4It goes without saying that State authorities and police authorities are duty bound to ensure compliance of order of the Court.
