¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2It appears that a report is given by tehsildar concerned with regard to application of petitioner filed for benefit of Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna.

¶3Petitioner is permitted to submit all the documents along with her representation and a certified copy of this order within two weeks before respondent no.2 District Magistrate, District Amethi, who shall consider and decide the claim of petitioner, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date the representation along with certified copy of this order is placed before him. Respondent no.2 shall also provide a copy of the order passed by him tot he petitioner within a period of one week from the date of passing of order.
