¶1The present petition has been filed with the following prayer(s) : "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the entire recovery proceeding initiated against the petitioner after summoning the entire records.

(ii). issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no.4 to take decision upon the application dated 14.12.2014, as contained annexure no.2 to the writ petition.

(iii). issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties not to adopt any coercive process against the petitioner in pursuance of the entire recovery proceeding."

¶2As no recovery order is under challenge, no writ can be issued.

¶3As regards the prayer no.2, the same is basically against the respondent no.5, who is a private person and no writ can be issued.
