Heard Ms. Sonam Kumari Thapa, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record. Petitioner has approached this Court with the prayer to command the opposite parties no.4 to decide the application dated 08.11.2021 filed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 and carryout the process of demarcation of the petitioner's land bearing Gata No.185/0.053 hectare. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be substantially met in case application of the petitioner dated 08.11.2021 under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 of petitioner for the said purposes is considered and decided in a time bound manner. In view of above, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil - Sadar, District - Gonda is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him, if there is no other legal impediment against the petitioner. It is made clear that this court has not applied itself on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with law.
