¶1Heard Mr. Vishnu Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for early disposal of petitioner's representation dated

13.07.2023 whereby he has sought transfer from District Kannauj to District Hardoi, in view of medical condition of petitioner and since he is undergoing treatment in District Hardoi.

¶3For the said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts prayer for a decision with regard to same.

¶4Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before appropriate authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation.
