¶1Heard Sri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sunil Bajpai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.

¶2Sri Sunil Bajpai has stated that the order of Writ Court has been complied with in it's letter and spirit and he prays that he may be given some reasonable time to file the affidavit of compliance.

¶3Sri Shivam Sharma, on the basis of instructions, has stated that the order of Writ Court has been complied with.

¶4Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
