Learned A.G.A., on the basis of short counter affidavit states that after due investigation names of all the four petitioners have been deleted and the charge sheet has been prepared against other accused persons and the same has been submitted in the court concerned on 28.11.2022. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
