Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed representations dated 29.08.2022 and 11.11.2022 before the respondent no. 5 but till date the same has not been decided. She further submits that a direction may be issued to the respondent no. 5 to consider and decide the representations preferred by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. Learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 5-Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Hargaon, Sitapur to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner in accordance with within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
