Considering the statutory remedy available to the petitioner to approach Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the case provided under Section 17(6) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short "Act, 2002") as also that the case relates to the year 2021, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition for the main relief. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner approach the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal under the Act, 2002.
